SAM 5 - CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Although we look forward to a long-term relationship with our clients, we also are not in the business of making you pay for every update to your website. So, we created a custom Content Management System (way back in 1999 even before Facebook).  For all you out there wondering what that means...a content management system (CMS) allows you to update your website - whenever you want, wherever you are.  No need to call us at 2:30 am or pay us to make changes to your website.  Let us introduce SAM - our custom content management system (now in version 5).  SAM will be there with you on those lonely nights, helping you get your site updated.

During the hand-off of your site we will arrange a SAM training session.  During this time we will walk you through your site and show you how to make the most of SAM.  Our on-line SAM training manual is set up with screen shots and specific directions to make sure you always have a place to look if you forget how to do something on your site.

Maintenance Agreement

Not into updating your own site and want to be able to hand-off updates and changes that you need?  Well, we have you covered there as well!  While SAM allows you to update your site for many people computers are just not their "shtick".  Let us set up an individualized Maintenance Agreement with you to cover any updates you will need.  A maintenace agreement gives you the ease of sending an email or making a call to get content changed, without our full shop rates.  Call or email to have your changes made!
