Our physical servers are split into three clusters to allow for large volume with centers across Canada and Europe.  These clusters include web, database and email in order to mitigate problems and ensure capacity for a high volume of traffic.  All the centers are locations selected for their business-friendly international jurisdictions, with strong multi-homed networks, and multiple peering points.

We run hourly and weekly backups that are stored for one year.  These backups include all your web content, database and email.  The backups deliver only the highest levels of redundancy and uptime guarantees.
